We invite you to consider organising a class meet-up while you're here for the LSTM Alumni Weekend. You might want to organise a reunion night with your former classmates for dinner or catch up over a drink. Let us know about your plans—big or small.

Will the sessions be available online?

The sessions won't be available online, but we will be looking to record some of the sessions to make them available for those who aren’t able to join us in Liverpool for this special in-person event.

Are there parking facilities onsite?

There is no public parking available onsite. There is an underground car park located at the Metropolitan Cathedral just a short walk away. See https://liverpoolmetrocathedral.org.uk/faqs-asked-by-visitors for more information.

Can LSTM pay for or provide financial assistance with my travel/accommodation?

LSTM is unable to support or cover the cost of attendees' travel and accommodation.

There are no spaces left for the rest of my class mates.

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the host venue, tickets are available only on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be implemented, and you will be informed when tickets become available.

I can no longer make it.

We understand that plans may change. Please inform LSTM as soon as possible about so we can allocate your ticket to someone else.

Can I bring my partner / friend who isn't an LSTM graduate?

No, this event is for LSTM graduates and members only.

I need a letter of invitation for my UK visa.

LSTM is not able to offer visa application support but we can provide a formal letter of invitation to attend the event. Please contact alumni@lstmed.ac.uk to request this.

I have accessibility requirements.
